Therapy Tailored to You
In individual therapy, we work on your personal topics in a protected one-on-one setting. The focus is on you – your story, your goals, and your resources.
The foundation of my therapeutic work is the interaction of four levels: thoughts, emotions, behavior, and physical sensations influence each other and are specifically addressed in therapy.
Thoughts
Body
Emotions
Behavior
My approach is based on cognitive behavioral therapy – a scientifically recognized method that deals with understanding and reducing harmful or unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, as well as managing emotions and physical sensations.
During the therapy phase, we focus on the targeted treatment of various factors that influence the development and maintenance of psychological symptoms. Among others, the following treatment approaches and techniques are used:
- Behavioral exercises and exposure therapy
- Cognitive methods
- Relaxation techniques, e.g. Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR)
- Emotion regulation strategies
- Mindfulness-based approaches
- Body-oriented techniques
- Imagery techniques
- Self-management strategies
- Social skills training
Throughout therapy, you will learn effective skills that you can use independently. The goal is to stabilize you in the long term, prevent relapses, and make you an expert in managing your symptoms.

My Approach
Individual
Every therapy is tailored to your personal situation, your goals, and your needs. There is no one-size-fits-all treatment.
Transparent

Sustainable
My goal is to make you an expert in managing your symptoms. You should be able to cope well in the long term without therapy.
